The initial payment includes the first two month’s rent, delivery charges and taxes. After that, the staging will be charged on a month to month basis. We send a DocuSign Lease and credit card authorization to the person named on the Agreement.
Yes! Months 3, 4, and 5 will be at 80% of the original rental rate, and months 6 and following will be at 70% of the initial rate.

We ask that the areas which are to be staged are cleared out and ready for the furniture to be delivered. Our crew always has other deliveries scheduled and our pricing is based on an empty home.
The delivery can usually be made three days from the date the staging pieces are selected if completed by noon. We need to prepare the final inventory list, rental agreement, receive payment and prepare the furniture for loading to prepare for the delivery. Some of those steps can be rushed, but regardless, we need the rental agreement and payment by noon the day prior to delivery. At certain times our schedule is very tight, but we will do whatever we possibly can to get your staging delivered according to your requirements.
The delivery fee is based on distance from our showroom, and usually varies between $200 to $400 in the Phoenix Metro. Area. High rise condos and extremely difficult deliveries will be a bit more.

Congratulations! The staging did its job and helped to result in a sale of the property which was everyone’s objective. In fact, after a home is professionally staged, most homes sell within the 2-month minimum lease length. We don’t offer a refund, but we warn against having the furniture picked up too early. It is a good idea to wait until after the inspection period has expired and the appraisal is completed. Keep in mind that even appraisers may tend to add value to a house which feels like home.
